restaurants besides holiday inn

going to be staying at the holiday inn in a few months. just wondering if there are cheap restaurants or street food close to the hotel (outside the hotel), do not want to take a tuk tuk everyday to eat and don't really want to eat at the hotel. also any massage places that are cheap around that area (70 baht an hour)?
