What is the best time for wind surfing?

Hi VTers, I heard that Wind surfing is possible in Cherating. If so,what is the time for wind surfing? In M`sia, is there any other place for wind surfing? Any info is highly appreciated. Thanks !

    December is the monsoon month: grey skies, torrential rain and choppy seas. The rest of the year is fine. Post-monsoon (January-March) you get the calmest seas.
