new licensing laws

hi there anyone know what bars and clubs in chennai are open past midnight ? ive heard that the drinking laws are changing and a lot more relaxed but do not know any specific bars/clubs that are open late. thanks for the input or advice received

    Most bars of 5-4 star hotels are open all night. One that i know of is Burgundy bbar.It is open from 6pm thru all night.
