I will be staying in Chefchaouene for 1 night on 3 July 2012 and am curious how best to get to Ceuta before 12:00 p.m. on 4 July. Any recommendations?

    I think you will have to take a bus or shared taxi to Tetouan and from there a bus or shared taxi to Fnideq, it is the border town next to Ceuta, from there you just need to walk over the border. Get an early start and you should make it. Good luck
