Possible relocation o Charlotte from England

Hi, I am currently considering moving to Charlotte - any tips on what it would be like for someone in their mid twenties? I know that as a City there is not a lot going on with regards to history/culture - or so I have been told anyway... What is the nightlife like? House prices? General Attitude? Any comments greatly appreciated. Thanks Em
