Bar or Pub with an 18 to enter, 21 to drink policy

Are there any places in downtown that have an 18 to enter and 21 to drink policy? My fraternity is having our spring formal in Charleston and we are looking for a place where we can all be together. Most of the group is 21 but there are a few who are not and we are trying to find a place where we will be together while at the same time allow those who are of age have a good time. Please let me know. Thanks
