My favorite drinking fountain in the world!

Can anyone tell me the name of the sculptor who did the drinking fountain in White Point Park? I refer to the one of the little girl playing in the puddle. As simple as it is, it is a favorite of mine. And, if there is such a thing as a replica of it, I'd love to have a copy (of the sculpture at least) for my garden. Thanks!
