I'm going to be looking for a restaurant for dinner in the Chantilly/Senlis area on a Saturday night. I've spotted a few possibilities in members' tips, but thought I'd throw it open. Any recommendations out there?

Thanks - gives me some homework to do! Budget is flexible, and I'll eat anything that doesn't eat me first...
