Hi - has anyone stayed at Elena hotels (three accomodations close to Nea Chora beach). I booked a room via booking agent, but nobody responds my e-mail query. Is it a trustable accomodation? Thank you.
I have already made a call for you to the hotel to check if it is open. The owner was a very polite lady and she told me that they are upgrading their web right now, and her son who is responsible for answering the emails is away right now. However the hotel is open, you should not have to worry at all and trust me I have read some very good comments regarding this hotel. So, calm down, and start dreaming of your holidays in Crete.

I sent few e-mails and regularly received quick response from other hotel/b&b in Chania that is why I was little worried. I was trying to call hotel but receptionist spoke in Greek and I am still not good in the beautiful language.
