Iam regrettingly going to have to cancel my mont blanc classic walk in late august because of an ankle injury. I am still hopefull to go, but is a silly idea with bad ankle?
My other alternative in my eyes is to spend about 3 days in chamonix and do some short walks of the area. Any suggestions for me here.
I had to postpone my trip last year for a knee injury, but when tthis year. Either postpone it entirely and do it next year, if you can. If you still go there are many short day hikes around the area. Recommend going to the info/tourist office once in Chamonix.
