hi, i and my wife will be coming to cebu, mainly for beach activity.is it raining season on 5th feb to 8th feb? what can i do best for 3 days in cebu? will walking able to cover area by area or i need to get cab around. is it flat meter or bargain? any vt member there wanna meetup over beer or coffee? happy happy new year, all brave tru this year!
