I'm choosing between Mactan, Malapascua and Bantayan Island. In Mactan, I only know the shanri-la mactan beach. in bantayan, i only know of the Sante Fe beach. For Malapascua, i've read a lot of posts about the different resorts there. I'm after a private beach or a public beach (that is not too crowded around February-March), has a clean shower with heater, no insects lurking in the resort room, nearby restaurants where I can eat (I always have the feeling that restaurants in the resorts are expensive), and a resort where I'm allowed to bring my own drinks and snacks. Any suggestions? Also, for the private beaches, are there any rooms that is P7000 and below per night with the cottage/room on beachfront location?
