Good pension houses near northern bus terminal

Hi there. My friends and I are leaving for Bantayan Island from Cebu City. I have a couple of questions though. (a) Where is the Northern bus terminal where we can take the bus to Hagnaya? (b) Can anyone suggest of good pension houses near the area? Thanks alot.
