room rental for 1 month

Hi, my first post! plan on a month in Cebu city, where can i find a cheap, clean safe room with the use of a pool/gym near the malls and nightlife-ONLY ONE MONTH! I find it impossible to find any 1 month rental online as they all want 6-12 month leases.

    Hi, I went to Cebu November 2011 and I stayed at Sampauita suites. The room is very cheap which only costs about 700 philippines peso a night.
