Getting Married at the Melia - Any suggestions ???

Hi all, Great to see so many people enjoying Cayo Coco, well we are getting married on the 16th September at the Melia, and would love to know your advice or suggestions to make the day as special as possible. Its myself, my fiance and both our parents going, was thinking about having an evening boat trip but if there are any other great ideas please tell. Thanks, and if you haven't already been have a great Holiday Simon
