the golf course in southwoods golf and country club was designed by jack niclaus, so it might be worth checking out. i think its in carmona cavite.

The Malarayat Golf & Country Club in Lipa City is known for it's all-weather design course. I dont play golf but in one time i was there, the clubhouse manager bragged about the "you can play right away 30min after a downpour without any problem walking on the course" Lipa City is just 1 1/2 hour drive away from Makati. the 18-hole golf course is one of the newest of those easily accessible courses from Manila.
