Are there any organized tours of Catalunya? We want to spend 3-5 days in that region.

Yes, there are tons of tours around the Catalunya region, Montserrat is a popular destination and there are some good options for wine tours. You could base yourself in Barcelona and take day-trips or half-day trips or choose an organised tour for a couple of days.
