There are three Casigurans, one in Aurora and one in Sorsogon and one in Quezon provinces so best be more specific.

If you mean Casiguran, Aurora you will find a list of accommodation on this link. Although i havw never been there i spent a week in Aurora Province exploring and everywhere i went the people were hospitable and the scenery was outstanding
