Bike rental Cascais and distance to Guincho

Hi We are visiting Cascais next week for 10 days. I am wondering whether there is somewhere to rent bicycles?. I know you can get free ones around the town but I need one with a baby carrier on back. Also how far is Guincho beach from cascais - Is there a bus from cascais, or would you need a car - Is it far to cycle. thanks for any help
