I am planning to visit Istanbul on July 5th to 8th for the first time Dubai from July 8th to 13th for second time Egypt from July 13th to 18th and would live to visit Alexandria what is the best way to get around? Casablanca July 19th to 24th and would like to get to Rabat and Marabkesh London for one nite for a stop over on July 4th I would like to know some reasonable hotels and best way to get around. I would be renting a car in Dubai so should be a problem.
