Can fly from Dublin Ireland to Cartagena, Spain. What is public transport like between the two cities i.e. should I hire a car? Also is Murcia nearest airport to Cartagena? tanx, gary
Yes, Murcia is the closest airport and Ryanair do cheap flights between Dublin and Murcia. DUB -> MJV I would definitely recommend renting a car if coming to Cartagena. There is public transport, but car hire is cheap and you will make much more of your journey with one. You can hire at the airport. Have a look online to compare deals. I live here, but found goldstar the cheapest when I look for guests staying. Hope this helps!
