Moving to Cartagena

I will be moving to Cartagena to reside in January. I am looking for an apartment or house to rent, at least for one year. Most of the real state postings are for vacationers and not people who are looking for longer leases. Can you recommend a real state agent who can assist with this search. I will be in Cartagena the first week in August. I am looking for a place in a nice neighborhood in the price range of900-1,000 us dollars with 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths--in case there is an agent on the forum. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
