I am traveling from NY to St Maarten, from there to Aruba and then back home.
Tickets are expensive. I was thinking if anyone knows of a cheaper way to go from st maarten to Aruba (may be a boat)?
Also I have one extra day in between without a room....so I have the choice of staying in Maarten and rent a room for extra night or go to Aruba and rent a room there for one night before my actual week. helppppppppp
We are spending 10 days on the west coast of CR. We would like to get suggestions for places to stay south of Playa Avellanas/Negra. We will spend the first 3 days in that area then head south for 3-4 days then head back north for a few nights and finally a flight out of Liberia the 10th day Any suggestions for places to stay near the beach...small villages are greatly appreciated. We have never been to CR and are looking forward to a adventuroust 10 days.
hey guys,
im trying to find an exciting and cheap destination for this summer for about 3 weeks and i am considering the dominican republic.
1. what's the weather like during the summer? ive read that it's monsoon season, so does that mean that it will be too rainy to enjoy it or is it still nice?
2. how is it for a solo woman to backpack there? I've read that men can be very flirty. Any experiences?
Thanks,
Vicki :)

I'm looking for recommendations on how to get from La Fortuna/Arenal area to Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJ0) early enough to catch an 11:30am flight. Most shuttles I checked have the earliest departure leaving La Fortuna at 7:30am which is hardly enough time to catch my flight. Help!?
how much is it to rent golf clubs
how much is it to hire golf clubs at runaway bay
I am looking to visit Cuba in the coming months and my passion is Trance and Dance music. Can anyone recommend any clubs or bars or parties that play this genre of music or am I stuck listening to Jazz?
Would like a hotel perfect for my sister and I we are celebrating her 60th birthday and I would like to take her to a suitable Barbados hotel.
Is it easy to travel around and live in the Caribbean ? Me and a friend of mine are interested in going there for at least a few months. I've been looking into islands such as Tobago and Trinidad- as I understand these are the cheaper places to stay??
Is it easy and possible to find a place to stay at all - not a hotel since we're staying for a longer period of time- ? Can you work there? Expensive?
If someone has been there before and have a few tips to give please do!
I have another question about beach safety. Many of the beaches sound perfect, quiet and secluded. what about theft of your stuff while you are in the water swimming or snorkeling? how safe are parked cars for vandalism and theft? We had planned a trip to Bonaire that we had to cancel at the last minute and i had read all the details that you cannot leave anything on the beach and go in the water as it will be taken and that you must leave rental car windows open with nothing inside or they will break the windows and/or take anything left in the car, including sunglasses. Just wondered if Grenada had any of the same issuse
Hi, we are considering Grenada for a family vacation. we prefer to rent a house so we can cook and not eat every meal out. this means the need for renting a car and i've read that the roads are very hard to drive and even dangerous with steep drop offs and winding curves making getting anywhere stressful. also read that no street lights makes driving at night impossible so going out for dinner would be impossible. Does this mean that it really is necessary to stay in a hotel and take taxis everywhere? And if you take a taxi to a beach, how do you leave when you want to as no one will know to come and get you? thanks
Good day! How much the ferry from Orlando to Paradise Island Bahamas?

Any good experienced. I am arriving after midnight and did not want to spend a lot on hotel for just some hours. I can move to a better one next day. Is this one ok?
Any other hotels you recommend if this is not a good one?

Hello everyone!
My name is Mariama (or Mimi easier), I'm 24 years old and I have planned to travel in Jamaica between the 11th of July and the 1st of August.
I'm alone and I know that's not a safe place so I'd like to know if someone is interested in a trip around Jamaica with me.
I don't mind the sex or the age. I would prefer to visit the east coast but I'm flexible.
I'm easy going, funny, open minded and easy to get along with. I would love to meet the local population instead of spending my all time in touristic places.
Also, I love Jamaican music so I'd like to go in concert, in sound system..
Feel free to contact me if you have any plans. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.
Cheers
Mimi
How easy and expensive is it to get from Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, etc. I really don't want to rent a car but could like to know how to get from Santo Domingo and the resorts.
Thanks
This will be my first time visiting st john. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary and my 40th birthday. We definitely want seclusion and privacy and are interested in renting a villa. We found one called a home with open arms. It seems like it's exactly what we are looking for except that it's not on the beach. Wondering if that should be a make or break issue. As I mentioned I have never been to st john so im not sure how accessible the beaches are from the location of that villa in particular. Anyone familiar with that villa? Suggestions are completely welcome!
When does it start and finish?
I would like to visit Haiti while in the Dominican Republic.. are there air connections and what is the best beach location in DR?
