I will be on several Islands for 3 weeks during "Christmasholydays". On the Internet it is possible to book (expensive) hotels. But I prefere small (and cheaper) hotels or guesthouses. Would I find such places to stay (how)???? I will be at Sal,Santiago and Sao Vicente. Are there many people in Mindelo on New yearsEve??
