There is no single-seat ride on public transit from PHL to Cape May. The most efficient way to do this, although of course not the cheapest, is to hire a car service. You can find these by Googling "Philadelphia airport Cape May shuttle." If you want to go on public transit, it will be a long and complicated ride. The most logical way I can think of to do this is to take SEPTA regional rail from PHL to Philadelphia 30th St. Station, then take a NJ Transit train from there to Atlantic City, then take a NJ Transit bus from there to Cape May. www.septa.com www.njtransit.com
