Cancun Wedding

We are getting married in July in Cancun. We don't want the traditional beach wedding or reception. Prefer to go into town and celebrate after the ceremony. Any ideas for wedding location and in town celebation location. Low key, no bells and whistles. Simple and FUN !!! HELP
