Restaurants in Caserta/Cava de Tirreni

Hi again. Pls I need more help. I have booked hotels in Caserta (Crowne Plaza) for 4 nights and Cava de Tirreni (Holiday Inn) for another 4 nights. After review the travel guides I haven't found anithing for restaurants in this places. Can somebody recommend any restaurant in this places with good relationsship price/quality and not for tourists? (Where I can eat the real Italian food and meet local people). If you can recommend something in Herculeneum would be nice too. Tks again for yr help. Guillem.
