Train query: Is there a direct train from Siena or Florence to Camogli ?

by mirastout Online Now May 3, 2013 at 9:21 AM

Hello, I am looking to get to Camogli from Tuscany by train, as quickly/directly as possible.
I see that it about 130 miles from Siena to Camogli, but sometimes the trains are slow and circuitous.

Can anyone help ?

My preferred link for train times, details and fares in English is

    trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.j...

Use 'Firenze' for Florence. Make sure you click 'view all solutions'.

There are no direct trains from either station. All trains from either involve at least one change but you can be reassured that this is very easy to do. There is ample time provided for you to get off one train (do make sure you have yourself and bags ready to do so as the train pulls into the station), find your platform (platforms are clearly signed with the next departure) and get onto the next train.
