Anybody been to / aware of Parkland Apartments in Brinchang.?

Anybody have any idea of Parkland Apartments.? Basically i preferred this Apartment cos all the three bedrooms are with attached bathrooms... Is it a walkable distance to Brinchang Town.? How is the cleanliness & service.?
