Strawberry Park - Fresno Apartment (5 person)

Have anyone has any staying experience in strawberry park - Fresno Apartment or any of the big rooms they have??? We have 6 person and thought the Fresno Apartment for 5 would be sufficient. Would like to know if the apartment is clean and whether the place is run down or not. I heard strawberry park is very old already and not sure any reno had been done in the recent years. They charge around RM300/room per night. For this price, is there a comparable place to stay? Many thanks.
