ISIC card

does anybody know where in Cambodia I can get an International Student Identity Card (ISIC). I was hoping to get it in Bangkok but cannot go there with the unrest. It will save me a lot on a flight home to England. I am a student so I can get a genuine card. Or if this is not possible I guess a fake would be ok. Thanks
