how do i get a Vietnamese visa quickly in Phnom Penh

Hi I'll be in PP feb 13-18 sat - leaving thursday. I foolishly made my air schedule going to pp 5 days siem reap 2 days then Luang Pubang 5 days then on to Hanoi but didn;'t leave enough time to get visa can i get it in laos is it enough time? please help. I'm leaving states Dec 26. thanks Johnny
