I am thinking about going traveling during the summer. Unfortunately my friends are not able to make it. It just so happens that I have an opportunity to go between finishing a job and starting a job.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any forums that people meet other travellers?

Why not go on you own, all by yourself, you will meet people wherever you go, particularly the hotel and on the plane getting there. Eating alone is not much fun but who knows, if you stay in a small hotel it won't be long before you will have company. I have been travelling alone for many years, not by choice always but I almost always meet nice people. Bonn Voyage, Franki
