One free Day in Calgary

Hi: (1) I have one free day in Calgary next week - a Saturday - what are the big icons of Calgary that you would recommend I "must see" in this one day to get a taste of the city? My interests are varied so anything legal goes. (1) Do you have any recommendations for tour companies that offer day tours of Calgary? Thanks
