I found one for Kickboxing maybe thay could help yopu? kickboxingegypt.4t.com Theres also this website of the Lotus Martial Art Federation in Egypt(in arabic) lotus-martial-art.ahlamontada.com Theres the Knockout Gym in Cairo I dont know if you've tried them knockoutcairo.com (the intro to the website is long so click on enter website at the bottom of the page I think it would be best to go and chat to the people at the gym to be honest
