Flying from Cairo to Istanbul

I need to travel in early May 2008 from Cairo to Istanbul. I will have arrived in Cairo a few days earlier from Canada. There seems to only be two choices to fly direct; Egypt Air in the middle of the day or Turkish Airways in the middle of the night. Anyone know of any other direct options? thanks for any help provided
