Hi there, I am about to move over to Cairo. Does anyone know of any good gym that I could join? Preferably in Zamalek or Mohandiseen? Bella, thanks for your reply to my other posting - did you get my email back?
Yes, i got your mail (only after i realised it had been forwarded to junk mail for some reason?!) Anyway i have sent a reply, so hope to hear from you soon. Re Gyms, i hear there is a gym chain called Golds (american i believe) but not sure exactly where it is (it was recomended by a friend). I plan to just explore near where i'll be living to see if there is anything closeby. Anyway must get packing...have to try and reduce 30kg to 20kg, without actually taking anything out!? Hmmm...tricky! Bye for now

From my experience the more money the better, my logic was always carry less clothes and more money. You have no idea... more
