Carnival in Cadiz-- where to stay?

3 of my friends are I are planning on going to Cadiz next weekend for Carnival and we´re hoping to stay in a hostel or REALLY cheap hotel. What would be a fun area to stay in to be either right it or within walking distance of the festivities and nightlife? If you have any specific hostel/hotel recommendations, I´d greatly appreciate it!! Thanks so much : )
