Cadiz and medina sidonia

hi we want to go from san pedro alcantara marbella to medina sidonia and cadiz. about cadiz where is the market and at what time it starts. i red in the book on monday the market is. where can i park the car nearby the market. think the market is nearby the cathedral is this right? is it free parking? what not to miss in Cadiz. i think i want to see the cathedral. my mum cant walk long distances but she likes markets. thanks for the info
