Cadiz in September

Hi everyone I am looking forward to going to my friends wedding in Cadiz next week - have you any good ideas about what might be happening around the place at that time? Or any great cafes etc. I love going to Cadiz there is always so much fun to be had. Also I would like to know if there is a local television station there regarding some work I am doing. Hoping you all had a great Summer Travel Di Belfast
