Places to stay in Buzio

Can anyone recommend me a nice pousada with air conditioning, tv, a good breakfast with sea view, and within walking distance to night life? I am prepared to spend about R$80-100 Reais, or about30 USD. Someone recommended Pousada do Sol in an earlier posting that I couldn't find anymore - is this recommended? Is it noisy? Thanks!!
