Authenticated birth certificate copies can only be obtained from the National Statistics Office (NSO) but fortunately you can request for a copy online at this link: ecensus.com.ph/Secure/frmInd... hope this helps.

I noticed that you are in manila or residing in Manila. You can go to any city hall (whether in Metromanila or in the province) and file it there. You won't have to pay too much. there's just about 3 weeks processing time to wait for. But, what's 3 weeks compared to 30 years of waiting?
