Me and my mom is going to Butuan City this June for 3 days. Can you suggest a good hotel and itinerary as well?

When we stayed in Butuan we actually stayed with mt wife's friends as she lived there for 5 yrs, and they showed us around
National Museum
Magellans landing site
Suspension bridge
Discovery park with zip line
Dagadang Falls
Balangay shrine museum
look at the Butuan boats--different style
70 kms out of town is the Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary but look look out for the crocs

Crown prince hotel in montilla blvd near mcdo and jollibee, if fully booked theres a new budget hotel jusy across jollibee. clean and safe
