I am visiting Paris soon for a week or so, and of course having a phone that connected to the internet is inevitable. All the people in my family are waiting for the best Selfi in Paris around the Eiffel tower to be sent to them :). Could you please educate me of how to use a temporary SIM card? how much dose it cost? Internet is essential considering that I will be moving to Italy,Belgium and Amsterdam so I would need my connected phone there too. Thanks A lot
Hallo again. I'm searching alot but I can't find anything about the exact location of the "camembert" island, which is now located on the ground and not on the river in Croissy-chatou island. If anybody has visited the spot I would appreciate the help. I have asked the Grenouillere museum but haven't got an answer. Thank you.
Hallo my friends. Have you been to the Louvre recently? If so pls advice us for the best entrance. The site says that if you have a ticket you should get inside through the pyramid entrance whereas all the other sites advice not to go through this entrance. How can this be? Some say that the line ouside the pyramide is for the security so they advice to get through other entrances. Why do they have security only in the pyramid entrance? This doesn't make sense. And if so, why they don't all go through other entrances?
Nevertheless pls advice me as well, if I should purchase tickets online or from somewhere in Paris and where from.
My family of 6 adults have comparable rooms reserved at Meurice and at Raffles as well as rooms at Christine close to the Seine>
Of course, the Christine is cheapest but I have one night free at Meurice or Raffles with breakfast every day.
I may have wasted some money, but I bought "skip the line" tickets from the Paris visitors' bureau for the Velazquez exhibit next month. Now I am wondering if I also need to buy an admission ticket. Can some of you Paris experts clarify things for me?
I am looking for more information about this new bus service. i will be arriving June 5 and would like to take advantage of such a bargain. Thank you.
I need to rent a car in Paris for 3 night travel to Nice. Stopping in Beaune any other must see's along the way? We like wine, walled cities, history, food, nature sites. Another words pretty much anything that is fun and interesting. 2 adult couples one never been to France.
My boyfriend and I will be in Paris from December 24 to December 28. Some research into Christmas day dining says that only very expensive, very upscale restaurants are open that day? Does anyone have any insight into whether any smaller cafes or ethnic restaurants will open that day? Secondly, does anyone know if any of the upscale restaurants serve a la carte on Christmas day? We're trying to decide if it's worth it to go out to a (very) expensive Christmas day meal (I don't eat meat, so the fancy fois gras would be wasted on me...I do eat fish though, if anyone knows of any prix fixe menus with fish options!) or stop by the store and cook that day. Thank you in advance!
Asking on behalf of my partner - she is in Paris and staying at the Intercontiential paris Le Grand Hotel - 2 Rue Scribe
She is wanting to catch a train on the Saturday 6th of June to Ebsfleet and then back to Paris Tuesday 9 June.
Could I get some advice on the best way to do this - English version sites please!
Thanks in advance
We will be in Paris this June and intend to do some day trips. We have already decided about Honfleur (I loved it!), Provins, and Auvers sur Oise. We are considering Conflans Sainte Honorine as it is very close to Paris and offers a completely different scenery to paint. Any ideas? Thank you very much
