from burgas airport to Romania

Hi everyone Sunday I will arrive to Burgas airport at 14:20 [landing] I need to catch one of those train in Bucharest : 1. train number IR 1647 that depart to Bistrita at 22:05 2. train number IR 1755 that depart to Suceava at 23:25 what is my best option to get to one of those train and with what I can go bus or train . thanks
