Day-Pass for Metro/Bus

Dear VT-ers, I read on nfta website that there is day-pass for only 3.5$, and this is valid for all bus and metro, and also for all-zone. Is this true? I notice one-way bus fare going to Niagara from buffalo-downtown is 2.25$, means the round trip will cost 4.5$. So, it will be more valuable if we buy one-day pass to go to Niagara round-trip. Is this true? Please advise. Thanks Sbncair

Yep,3.50 all the way to Niagara falls and back plus still valid until whenever the system shuts down
