How do I retrieve a lost password from the reciprocity fee website?

I paid the reciprocity fee online, but wasn't near a printer to print it. Now I have forgotten my password and it won't send it to me. I have called all the numbers on the website and have emailed all the links, and no one has gotten back to me. Who should I contact to get the proper my password or my reciprocity form?
