Hello, When we visit in January we would like to go Karting, a few years ago we did this and booked via one of the Stag Party groups. I would prefer to book direct but cannot find the contact info or name of the indoor Kart track. You may have gone to the Budaring Go-Kart place. Unfortunately, its website says it is closed until March 1st: http://www.gokart-budapest.hu/ The Eurocenter venue is open but its site is in Hungarian: http://www.gokartring.hu/ There is an online booking facility and the email contact is, I beleive, info@gokartring.hu If you download Goggle Chrome as your browser you will get an English translation of the pages. I believe Firefox Mozilla has the same ability.

Can't believe I typed 'Goggle'!! From the photos on the website it certainly looks as if it is indoors.

It's a rather new indoor track. Accessible by bus 68 from Kobanya-Kispest metro M3 terminal. http://silverkart.hu/

Good choice, I was carting there a number of times. It's also a training center for motorbikers, they have a restaurant, bowling, darts etc. so it's a great place for folks on a stag party. The neighborhood is not that teasing though, it's an industrial zone. If you take a bus, you have to get on bus 68 at Kobanya-Kispest metro terminal in direction Akademiaujtelep and take it for 11 stops, to Meteng utca - that's about a 10-minute ride by bus. But as you're travelling in a group, the per person taxi fare would also be quite cheap.
