Advice sought for family of 5

My sister who's traveled very little outside California wants to bring her young adult sons together for a 10 day trip to Europe. She seems interested in a tourist barge going down the Danube that stops along the way. Given her short time, she seems interested in a package deal to avoid fears and wasted time in failed hotel reservations. Any recommendations appreciated.
