Brussels for Stag Do?

Hi, I am organising a trip to Brussels for a stag do. We are wanting somewhere not as busy and obvious as the usual stag venues. Please can anyone recommend some good restaurants, bars and clubs. Also, some sights to see during the day would be good. Thanks, Paul.
